Looks sweet, and I wouldn't have one without the appearance package. It just makes it look so much better IMO.

It is the Auto version.

It'* much more suited for his driving, especially in a lot of traffic (Detroit area).

It'* still plenty fast though.

I think your dad'* GTP would kill it.

I can definately understand him going with an auto. Personally I would've gotten a 6 speed (only because nothing is more fun than a 6k rpm clutch dump around a corner) but in some situations an auto would be better. Although the guys on the GTO forums would argue this, all the articles Pontiac put out claimed that the auto was actually quicker than the 6 speed in the 1/4.

I believe it. This also stems back to the Auto vs Manual arguements with the F-bodies. The autos are proven to be just as quick.

But I agree, a manual would be more fun.

I would DEFINATELY get into much much trouble with a car like the GTO. Heres the SC version............ All I can say is WOW!!
