We have done that to Craftsman tools... Walk in, Yeah it broke... Get a replacement and go back home to complete the job... Sears can be good for stuff

We have Harborfreight here... But they are all like 50-60 Miles from me One of these days I'll either hit up the one in Daytona or Orlando

I did the same thing a few months back working on my brother in laws - it was a 1/2 craftsman breaker bar (18 inches, plus 3.5 feet of pipe). A few months before that, when I did my own struts, I destroyed my socket, and had to buy impact sockets to finish the job.

And of course, I also don't buy any non-lifetime warranty tools... it'* not worth it, IMHO.

I plan on it Bandit... I mean come on... I drool at sears, lowes and the like.... If I make it to Harbor Freight..... The shopping cart will be the first thing I grab..

thats why i love snap on

i have broke a few screw drivers and other tools

best thing is i don't have to go anywhere just call the snap on man he comes to me lol

I only break screwdrivers and the sort... The cheap stuff that isn't worth a lifetime warranty.

yeah but at HF all there hand tools have the same type of Warranty as Craftsman

so i just walk in and go "it Broke" and i get a new one
