We don't need specific instructions, we only need to be held back from any inclination to spoil a vote once we realise the dearth of good talent to vote for.

You think thats bad.. we just need to bring in the lil voting card that they mail to us to vote.
No ID required.. I"ll remember that next time.. see a bunch of people runmageing thru someone elses mailbox and simply re-producing a bunch of fake ballots they send you.. sheesh.. good ol honour system of Canada..
