Yea thats the crappy thing about it...I guess that means I can sue hot topic because I wasnt hired because I wasn't "Goth enough" to work there....
The silly thing is that there are people out there just looking to pick a fight. I could totally see someone who obviously doesn't fit "the image" just in hopes of not getting a job and getting an opportunity to sue. They have no choice but to be equal opportunity-not that I'm saying its bad, its just a fact.

There is a preppy chick [or at least she looks that way], at the Hot Topic in the South Bend Mall.. which one? I have no clue, but it'* on Grape Road. It'* been a few months since I have been to Hot Topic, so I don't know if she still works there, but amongst all the other people there, she stood out like a sore thumb.

LOL as far as Hooters hiring goes you probably would get some girls who are "flatties" (i'm borrowing this word) who would go to not get hired and sue. Then come back 2 months later with G cups

There was a lawsuit not too long ago from a guy that they didn't hire.

Hmmmm, Hooters not hiring someone as a waitress that didn't have any? Who'd'a thunk it?

Morons will sue over anything....
