if you guys move up the road, you will see that there are atleast 3 cars already pulled over, and the owner of the bonneville was standing near the front of the pickup just ahead.
And the google guy didn't just sit there, its a 360video camera on top of the car, he just drove past (how many people does it take to watch a car burn?)

yeah those cars are clearly stopped. and what would you expect google workers to do? whip out their handy-dandy fire extinguishers that they brought along just in case? other cars were already stopped (presumably to help), and you cant possibly know if they called anyone.
