Boeing debuts its first new passenger jet in 13 years this weekend with the unveiling of the 787 Dreamliner. Built primarily out of plastic, the airliner’* first test flight is scheduled for September. Its first commercial flight is expected in May 2008.

Looks nice...though for some reason I always find myself on an MD-80, so I doubt I'll ever actually be in one. And like with concept cars, we'll just have to see how much of that becomes a reality in production. I got the feeling that us 6'0+ guys are still gonna have issues.
