That thing was painted and done somewhere in Toronto. If my suspicions are correct, that was done not far from my house at all. 10 minute drive.

That'* what I was thinking... realistically it would have to be some kind of spray wouldn't it? True chrome plating is done by dipping? I can just see it: car being suspended by a big crane, about to go into a gigantic vat...
