I blew mine off last weekend. They usually do it on a workday and pay you for the hours, but not this year.

And the beer was $3 a bottle.

That'* OUTRAGEOUS, absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! Why don't they go ahead and charge you fifty cents for breathing a liter of air, ten cents for blinking, a dollar for farting, 20 bucks to use the toilet (toilet paper, water, soap, air freshner included)

OUTRAGEOUS I tell you...

Employers still throw Christmas parties?!?!!?

How about Bonuses? get those too? One company I worked at, at the end of the day when you were leaving, the boss would hand out $25 cash to everyone. The very next paycheck you got, it would be $25 less and show as a payroll advance. Some bonus huh?

Not a Xmas bonus, but a company performance bonus IF the company does well enough.

Mine was substantial this year, but as always, there are other expenses that suck it up quickly.

Ours was awesome!...always is. Free food, free booze, live bands (most years), free cab rides home if you need em. My office goes to great lengths to throw a good bash. Its to bad yours dont go to well.

Maybe the bigger the office the better?
