Couple of friends and I went to the Wrentham Outlets (right in my friends town) which were opening at midnight last night, and it was absolute madness.. 4 mile backups on the highway north and south, and a good 3-5 mile backup on the main back-road to the place (Route 1A) right through the center of Wrentham.

And the "sales" were lousy! Whatever. Got myself a new DV Camera for $150 @ WalMart this morning that was regularly ~$350. Not sure if I'll keep it or sell it yet, we'll see.

Gross. I heard about the backup on 495 from a friend. I've seen it backed up about a mile on other shopping occasions on my way back from school so I can't imagine what it'* like today.

I didn't shop, I worked. Wasn't too bad compared to past years. Did drop a pretty hard hint that I wanted a GPS whcih happened to be half price at a couple different stores. Hoping someone picked up on it.

Funny thing is, I did it without even realizing it was Black Friday.

No work today so after changing the plugs and fuel filter on the T/A, then paying the credit card bills, I thought while I still had some money left I'd better buy my wife a present.....so.........a few hundred later, it'* tucked away where hopefully she won't find it.
