That would explain it. Telephoto lens doesn't reach quite that far!

Too bad, though. I'm sure that you could have gotten some great shots!

I'm going down there for class in a few hours. I'm gonna bring my camera and see if I can get close to the damage.

That fire was really destructive....can't believe it could do that to a brick building, must have been very hot.

A friend of mine was around there while it was burning. He said the heat was intense even from afar.

The fire fighters couldn't even save the building, that'* how bad it was.
