Best road design?
I think we all have our favorite road or road type. Some like straight road where all they have to do is set the cruise and hold the steering wheel. Others like the challenge of twisty curvy road they keep them awake. Whats yours?
Mine is the twisty curvy ones ONLY if there is enough daylight, nice weather, and not much traffic. Otherwise, at night, bad weather or heavy traffic, nothingbeats a straight interstate for a safe uneventful drive.

Midwest Interstates Rule. Nothing like accelerating over 100 mph with no traffic and cop insight. I think if I had a sports car then probably a curvy road, I heard the new GTO'* have pretty good suspension, better then some suspected.

I drive a very curvy road to work in the mornings, what makes it really interesting is that it is very hilly also. Just like a roller coaster

US71 up through Arkansas is the most fun I have ever had. Dry as a bone, 75*, 200-300ft elavations changes, full 90* turns in the valleys, tigh radius, eight lanes, barely any traffic... I must have lost 2K worth of rubber and 20 gallons of gas in those 100 mi... God I love that road.

Highway 66 near mankato is nice... And a lot of back roads out in idaho.
Twisty, night or day please. Night'* actually better, since i can light it up just as good as day, and i can see people coming before the day because of their lights.
Some roads i'll only go nuts on at night because of this.
