The Steelers have confirmed that Ben Roethlisberger was involved in a motorcycle accident on Monday, KDKA-TV reports.
Recommendation:
Reports from the scene seem to indicate that the accident was serious. According to an eyewitness, Roethlisberger went over his handle bars and hit his head on the windshield of a car. He was not wearing a helmet. The eyewitness reports that Roethlisberger tried to get up, but was bleeding from the head.

You all should see what the Car and the bike looked like... Appeared to be a Honda something or other Bike he was riding and the car looked to be a 300M or possibly an Intrepid... I think the lady turned right out in front of him and he and the bike went down the side of the car, leaving 2 breaks on the windshield... Part of the bike was embedded in the passenger side front fender

Bike week a couple of years ago, One bike cliped another lost control and went over the handle bars... The crash was violent enough that he was dead before he knew what hit him.. Hid Motorcycle was bent in half and in flames... He was in the road with a couple of massive gashes( not bleeding ) he was dead before he hit the ground... NO HELMET ...
15 miles later there was another crash, Biker was hit by a Chevy Astro... He was wearing a Helmet... He was responsive and talking to EMS... He lived...
So for any of you guys / gals that ride motorcycles... Please put on a Helmet
