BEER QUESTION
Okay so June is fast approaching and I want to make sure I am prepared as much as I can be for the upcoming meet. I would like to start the stockpile of Beer but was wondering if I buy a few cases now and hold them until the meet in June will they go skunk on me or what?
I know beer usually goes skunk going from cold to warm back to cold again, but what if I buy warm cases and leave em out until they are ready to serve their pupose?
Anyone?

Old beer??? Never heard of it......
As far as I know, it should be fine. The bottles pretty much guarantee an air tight seal, so nothing can get in there and mess with it. But keep it cool, just in case.

But seriously, I have purchased stock (warm) beer ahead of time and stored it in my garage, where it gets plenty warm but the temps do not fluctuate too much. Never had a problem.
