Default BC web based Radio

Just kinda thinking. I was on AF tonight and they have a web based radio station, essentially its just a library of MP3'* that play over a server like any other web based radio site (streaming)

Think its worth it to fire up a BC radio site, get members to send a library of songs, all genres to someone with some knowledge and a big azz server could do this?

How cool would it be to surf, read and post on BC with some fine music playin?

Any comments? or am I crazy

RIAA doesnt have a say in this anymore

Think of www.somafm.com or www.shoutcast.com or www.di.fm but have a direct link to streaming music

To get over the copyright laws, we can sing our own songs and then send them in to the server...? I bet you the growth rate would slow down!

Evil, evil people that think the people getting rich putting out crappy music deserve even more money for putting out more crappy music. aka Recording Industry Association of America
