Do you guys keep everyone'* account that has signed up? If they are inactive for a while will they be deleted from the server?

Lets seee, I am somewhere on the darkside of the line in Jan.

We don't delete accounts of members that haven't posted, because they still come and look. Imagine how pissed you'd be if you were gone for 6 months, then came back and couldn't log in?

I get occasional requests for just this purpose. They forget their password, and I reset it for them.
