bbq anyone?
Looks good. I did some ribs yesterday....
Sweet dry rub, wrapped them in foil, low and slow on the grill for 2 hours, then covered them in my home made sweet/hot BBQ sauce and grilled them for 10 minutes on each side......the were yummY!

Haven't got my grill out yet. Don't really have a place to sue it or a cover to keep over it yet.
Hopefully soon.
But, I cheat and use propane. I am way to impatient for charcoal.

Snowed here 2 days ago, and more tonight. Weather playing tricks on us, again. My bike is charged up and fired it. Cant wait to get it out and polish. I like to start small and work up to the GXP. Man the talk about ribs has my mouth watering.
I have both gas and coal, I only use the coal when cooking steaks, a few times a year. I use the propane at least twice a week
I have a Smokey Mountain propane smoker and love it! I can control the heat from as low as 160 for good slow wet smoking, to as high as 400 for smoke roasting. This past November I smoked 60lbs of sausage all at once. I've been able to get three 16lb Turkeys into the beast as well and with as often as the electricity seem to go out here, the propane made sense compared to electric smokers.
