My better half got me two Ted Reader BBQ books a few christmas'* ago,Ive been using his recipes ever since,my favourite'* are Root Beer Ribs and cedar planked Haddock stuffed with crab,shrimp and cheddar cheese ,both of these recipes should be shared with the rest of the world,I get my book out and post em ,Oh yeah and the seasoned chicken cooked on the Q with A can of beer in the butt is a classic

I've already been to 12 barbecues this year. Each time I have German brots and chicken breasts w/ marinara sause, sometimes hamburger. Now I just need to get off my lazy arse and use my own darn grill too.

you know, we should all post our favorite winning recipes, and if its OK with P-dad (since its his post) see if our Mods will make this a sticky (pretty please?) Since we all like to eat almost as much as we like our Bonneys. Might give us some new stuff to try and answer that centuries old question, "whats for dinner?"

Had pork chops tonite with Pmoms potatoes.
5 medium sized potatoes, peeled and cubed.
Pre microwave for 6 min on high.
Melt 1/4 cup of margirine
1 packet of french onion soup mix.
1 sliced onion, small.
salt and pepper.
make a boat from tin foil and place potatoes,onion, margirine and soup mix in. Toss.
Seal up tin foil sides and top.
Finnish cooking on top grill while cooking steaks, chops etc.
turn once in a while.
