Wow what a blast from the past on some of that stuff! 486DX-4 was circa 1995 
My XP 3000+ just blew a power supply... well, it was functioning when I shut it down, but considering I smelled ozone, thought it was best to power it down, yank it out, and toss it.
Do you have any ATX power supplies, perhaps in some "stuff" that you haven't presented to us?

25 db is like... one of your 80mm case fans there around 25-32 db most of the time, you will not here that CPU fan over any other fan in the case most likly

1995BvSSE - power supplys nope, only have one spare... well maybe i might have like a 430watt one if some one buys one of my Mortherboard combos.. someone is looking at getting one i didn;t list yet, so if he gets it then yes ill have a PSU to sell

yeah and dont be worry about that place its 15min from my house and i worked there for a year mmodding stuff, so i know them good
