It does. The Ranger my friend owned had the 4x4 and 5 speed, and he did some research to find that it had 4.11 gears. His KILLED him on MPGs though, he traded it in for a 4x4 S10, surprisingly the S10 got way better MPGs.

I think I'm gonna hang on to the pillar pod, save it for the next bonne when I get outta school.

Yeah Bob, I seriously miss that car already, there were some good times in it! Lotta blood sweat and tears in it. Hopefully it was the best thing to do, we'll see.

THIS ONE'* GONNA STAY STOCK!! Uh huh. yup. For at least 4 months. Nothing major, maybe intake and exhaust. And I think the automatics had lower gearing in the axles, so I'm gonna be junkyard scrounging here in the next coupla months. I'll get some pics up later.

Maybe I'm missing something, but why didn't you sell the truck and put whatever you got for that towards paying off your Bonneville?

Sorry to say, but I'd rather have the Lada

18 mpg sounds about right...

Oh, and the S10 is actually worse than the Ranger, so don't feel bad...

What engine does the Ranger have in it? 3.0L or 4.0L? I'm going to start praying that you got the 4.0L

Haha, yeah, it'* the 4.0. I'm kinda wishin' it was the 3.0, I partly bought the thing for mileage, and the freakin' powerstroke got better mileage!
