Default Bad News...

I've got some really bad news...last night at about 12:30 am, I was taking my girlfriend home...it was a bit rainy, not heavy, just enough to make the roads wet. Well, driving down the road some guy in a truck decided to swerve into my lane...hit me in the front, just before the driver side door. I'm assuming my beauty is totalled. It got towed away...I'm pretty sure that the damage is too great for the insurance company to cover it, given the value of the car. AHHHHHHHH!!! I AM IN SUCH DISMAY. Hopefully the money I get will be enough to cover another bonnie.

He caused damage to your property, he should pay for it. And if insurance wont pay, fight it. You are in a position where you cannot get another car, you have taken care of this one blah blah blah. Dont back down so soon man. Know your rights, dont let some dick **** you up because they were careless and now you can have your car which you take care of fixed up right.
