Default Back to the vet tomorrow

Well, this is Mandy. She is giving me the pissed off stare because I told her to stay to take her picture. She goes back in tomorrow morning to have another lump removed from her back leg. It really breaks my heart to have to cut her open again but what can we do. She'* too good of a dog to be going through the pain of multiple surgeries.

Those of you that are inclined to pray, a little one for her and the vet would be appreciated. I'm sure she wouldn't mind a little divine intervention to guide her hands. Those that don't, a happy thought will do.

Thanks everyone,

now for an update.

Surgery went well the vet said. They removed the one we new about, but also two others in the same area that we didn't. They think they got all of it so maybe it'* done. The good thing they said was it was some kind of cancer(really long word) that stays local and doesn't go into the blood stream and spread. We may have to do this more, but we shouldn't have to worry about not catching it right away. Just go back in and take it out. Still sucks cutting her open.

When I got there she ran to me, tail wagging. By the time we got home I think she was starting to feel it. Hopefully she rest all night. I took the day off tomorrow to keep an eye on her.

Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers, I know they helped.

Hey Nate, sorry to hear about your cat
