I've got an aviator of the correct size (100X80) but my kb is too big, 23.4. How can I change the format to reduce the kb? It'* bitmap right now, but I realy don't know what that means.

You need to use .JPG atleast, if not .GIF formats to get the correct file sizes for this board.
