Default Peoples Driving Hbbits-Snow

Today, we woke up to the biggest storm of the season so far. 7.8 inches. I was shoveling for 13 hrs, running around the metro. First of all people were driving WAY to fast. It showed as I counted 24 people in the ditch. The dumbest thing I saw all day was people in SUV'* driving 70-75mph in the passing lane were the cement median collects about 2 feet of snow from the plows. Catch that with you're left tire and you're toast. Well, one Nissan Pathfinder owner learned (if they survived). They cought the snow and got sent into a spin that manifested into a roll sideswiping a Dodge Caravan at 80mph. This closed the major interstate going into the city causing traffic for miles. Luckily, this was after the morning rush. I feel bad for those involved but feel worst about the Caravan that had to fall victom to someone elses stupidity.

Peter...I was thinking the same thing.

I am an ATV driver. That is how I have fun, and I use it to plow my driveway and others in the winter.

Everything in life is about the proper safety precautions, being responsible and using common sense. Sure accidents can happen...I've had a few mishaps myself and so far, my safetly gear and commons sense has brought me through unhurt.

Actually should that be

Life:
Rule 1: Intelligence helps
Rule 2: Distance yourself from the accident waiting to happen.

We just had a dumba** at work here who grabbed someone'* ATV while he was drunk and wrecked it post-haste. Fortunately he only hurt himself, broken wrist and stitches on head and other arm, but he heavily damaged the other guy'* ATV.
