Sitting here in Dayton, just found out my flight to Minneapolis is delayed and I'm not going to make my connection back home. Guess I'm staying in Minnesota tonight :?

Where are you staying?

Not sure yet. Northwest gave my boss and I accomodation vouchers for the night. I'll have to see when I get there. He'* taking an early flight tomorrow but I thought I'd rent a car and hang out for the day. I leave tomorrow night at 21:20.

Just keeps getting better. Now we're delayed out of Dayton another two hours :? At least there'* a public wireless connection and I have my computer. Working on the write-up for my RainSense wipers (finished them last week)

This was a business trip and the company would have been happy to pay for a direct flight (especially since I'm travelling with the Executive Director). There is no direct flight from Dayton to Calgary.

What can you do... I just heard the delay is because of a maintenance issue with the aircraft. Just found out the new estimated departure is 22:21.

that may kinda be a problem for Nate... I have been trying to find his phone # around here in one of my old phone'* with no luck. But seeing you probably won't arrive until around Midnight, and then by the time you get to the motel and checked in it'll probably be after Midnight.
Also, if he'* still working as many hours at the refinery as he was last time I talked to him he goes in around 6 am and comes home around 6-7 pm, seven days a week. I'll still try to get ahold of him to have him check in here.

They just announced it will definitely be going. There are two aircraft in the Detroit area, they're just deciding which one will be making the trek. I appreciate your efforts! I'm alway up for meeting members. I suspect you're right however in the past midnight arrival.
