i am having a big problem with another seller on ebay..

he is selling the same flat screen monitors as i am but for more money.

so he had first started harrassing me buy sending me emails saying if i dont stop selling my monitors that he will come to my house and kick the $h!t outta me. ( trust me i am not worried about this) but then he starts opening several new fake ebay accounts and starts buying all my items and leaving me negative feedback so others buyers wont buy from me.. me and him were the only 2 people on ebay with these model # monitors.

so after costing me $267 in ebay fees for all the items he bought he left the nasty negative feedback saying im selling broken goods and robbing people and not sending them ther eitems..

so i had to fight with ebay and finally 4 days later they removed all the nasty feedback this idiot left and they even reimbursed me all the fee'* he caused me to get.

so then when i spoke to ebay they told me they suspended all 4 of his ebay accounts.. his 3 fake ones and his 1 real one with 80 positive feedback. so i thoght the headache was over..

boy was i ever wrong.. now this idiot has my name and address and pphone number from the info he got when he bought my items so he decided to go ahead and order pizza from 4 different places to my house as well as 2 different chinese food places and even some spanish food then i start getting all these weird phone calls but the interesting part is the number on the caller id is my own phone #.. its like im calling myself... i have been getting like 100 damn calls every hour or so..

and then to top it all off i have recieved 27 emails from ebay to my personal email address saying that i have forgotten my password and to reset it please click the link below..

this guy is trying to get into my ebay account and my email account i have on file with ebay... i contact ebay and they said the most they could do was done already and that is permantly kicking this person and his ip address off of ebay forever..


but thats not enough for me as the food is still coming every hour and the phone wont stop ringing.. i want more.. i will not be satisfied untill i get him to stop


so here is what ebay gave me.. they said all they can do is give me his ip address and let me tak eit from there...

so here is his ip address... what can i do with his ip address.? a virus, or crash his pc.?

This may come as a surprise to you, but most people at this point would contact the police, hand over all this information, and file a report.



But in case you can't do that because you don't have police in your town, I'll get right on this problem for you.

Isn't Ebay big enough? There are only 2 sellers on Ebay that happen to sell the same monitor(*)? ALL OF EBAY?

Don't people understand simple economics? This isn't complicated. Things like this don't happen in brick and mortar based business.

Virus/PC Crash is just going to **** him off more and keep the stuff coming. I think this is more like something for actual authorities to handle like wren said.

File a harassment charge with your local police department, give them the info you have, then contact AT&T with a police case number and officer contact information, they are then (In several states) required to turn over the information of the user of the IP address to the police involved in the case.
Edit: Also, contact the Houston police department as well, as that is where his IP address is located.

Time to get the authorities involved. Anything you do can be cause for him to file a complaint against you.

Look on the bright side, if the authorities investigate and find him doing wrong, you have a civil suit against him in the making.

yeah this guy is being and extreme jerk and seems to be having fun. File a police report and have your phone company do a phone trace.

yes all of you'* are right.. im just so upset.. at this guy.. i am very p'ed off

but what do i bring to the local authorities to complain besides his ip which is pretty much all i have.. :? so what would i sya exactly to them..



and how would i have a civil suit...
