I just started lifting and i am wondering if anyone else is into it. I am not looking to get huge just to put on some muscle
I just starting eating to begin the bulking stage. As of now i am 6'1 195-200, with about enough muscle to fight my self out of a wet paper bag. haha. We will see what kind of progress i have.

I lifted for high school football, but let myself go in college.
I always promised myself I'd get back into it...I started with the eating and bulking stage, but never really progressed beyond that.
(I'm nearly back up to my high school weight of 260, but it ain't all muscle this time

No i am in the bulking stage and i am trying to gain weight lol. I have been eating 5 meals a day, and trying to put on some pounds but i am actually losing weight lol. With work and my workout i am just burning calories. So i am going to start some protein shakes and some peanut butter and bananna sandwichs with proteins bars at my breaks at work throughout the day. LOL.
Have you started working out yet? How much can you bench, squat, incline, military, powerclean, or calf raise at 3 sets of 9/10? How about max'*? I work out 2-3 times a week during the summer for basketball, and most pratice days during the start of the season. I am relatively weak upper body wise, but i'm decent on lower body.

I have started but just with dumbbells. I am starting small and going to work my way up. I am going to be buying a bench with a barbell and some other things from a freind either next week. As of now i am not very big, but i am bigger then i was a few moths ago
. Put it this way, i weighed 135 pounds about 2-3 years ago, and decided i didnt like that and have been trying to put on weight. I am now right around 190-195. I had arms of a pencil when i was 135 now they are a normal size. I would post some pics but i dont want to embarrass myself haha.

190 minus 135 =55 pounds they say every 100 pounds is 1/10 on tne track that put you in the 14 if you transfer the stuff on the white one from the black at no extra cost
