My father was in the detailing business. check what the do for the price before you jump in . For my father $120 dollars got you

Carpets
seats
interior
trunk
engine clean
tire cleaning
simonizing
undercarriage steam cleaned

and a bunch more I can't remeber

Can you do this on your own yes . But for $20 I wouldn't do it. If your not sure how good a detailing place is check the cars that are already done. You will se the quality of work they have and base your conclusion on that. You only need to get your car detailed once in a blue moon as long as you know how to maintain it.

With the heat we we're having at the beginning of July and just getting my holiday pay i treated my Bonneville to the full detail package at the local detailers. $190 cash....i got the works minus the engine bay area. Very impressed with the job the guy did and fact i didn't have to sweat my butt off in 34c temp....

$250

it looks so much better now. It was almost purple before from being faded so much. Looks like new paint and I wax it twice a month with Meguairs Tech Wax -- for a high gloss shine.

i get mine washed and interior detailed 2 times monthly for $40.00. It includes:

Outside, Wash and dry, chrome wheel polish and scrubbing the calipers and cleaning the door moldings

Inside, vaccuuming, conditioning leather seats, detailing the dash and all the crevices in the car and then once every 3 months for like 10 more he shampoo'* the carpets

and every three months i also have it waxed. Im having it waxed next month with 3 coats of wax and sealer for winter and it will be like 60.00 for all of it. I got a good person doing it. He just started his own car detailing business and if anyone in MS wants their car done, hit me up and ill give ya his #
