Default Anyone have HD radio?

Is it much better than normal radio? Thinking about buying one for the Bonne or house.

HD radios are junk. Maybe sometime in the future is satellite radio somehow bottomed out. Not all local stations have HD radio, I heard the signal strength doesn't carry as far, all that extra money for just a couple stations, that in the end are still just radio stations? Sirius is much better, and less expensive, you can get a lifetime subscription for 500 bucks

most add-on HD recievers for car applications run around 100 bucks. and atleast here in teh boston area, there are over 30 HD channels available.. I can not vouch for the range comparison however

Think of it as digital cable over standard cable

Burn a CD with about 9-11 albums on it.. and lisson for weeks... or get a deah unit that can use SD memory or a USB port and have upto 2GB like mine and have music for months...

But yeah iv herd good and bad things about HD radio... I wouldn't spend the money on it just to here it a (little) better and still have ads...

Hig definition radio?
That what that is?
So now, the non-stop re-mortgage and cell phone commercials come in even more clear?

Think I will stick to the XM.
