Anyone have a dead xbox? - looking for a new drive
My Xbox drive has alot of trouble reading burned DVDs, it only will read certain brands of discs from certain drives with certain burn speeds
Im looking for a new used drive for cheap, as ebay looks to be far more money than i want to spend at the time, If anyone has a junk xbox, or knows where to get a drive for it, let me know please!
this is original xbox, not 360

I'm sure you can get a deal if you avoid the sellers on ebay with HIGH shipping prices...go for the small guys with regular shipping prices and no pictures, then bid at the last second.
Fancy Ebay search you might give a try to get a deal

Unfortunately, most ebay auctions end up running up to and over 35-40 dollars, which i am not sure if i want to invest or not just to be able to play burned games and movies, which i am pretty content not playing right now....
