Default Anybody eBay?

Anybody here ever do the eBay thing. I would like to purchase a muffler off of eBay cause it is at a great price. I have never done eBay before and wasn't sure how it works. Here is the link for the auction. I think that that is a good buy it now. He has a postive feedback of 99.9% which I think is pretty good. He also has the powerseller thing, whick I don't know what that is... but it sure looks cool. Let me know what you think, and if there is any place you know of that has a better deal, I am all ears.

Yeah man.. the account is free [to buy]. For a seller'* account you need a Credit Card [they don't charge you until you sell something, though]. It seems as though you have it all squared away as far as what to look for in a seller. You should get a PayPal account first though.. paying via check or money order is a PITA and slow.
