I wish I had a cool rod that I could travel the 7 days on..that would be a ton of fun!
A published photo of your car in HR Magazine would be an exciting moment too!
I always like to read about the happenings during a power tour from good meets & fun to assisting members in their road side repairs etc. Taking modified cars and turning them into long range driver'*, not always goes well, or is easy!
Makes for great reading though!

i always thought that would be an awesome vacation some day but not in the current configuration could i go. i have been tuning my firebird for about a year since i put it back on the road and i got it up to 12-14 mpg, was much worse. cant really do anything about 4.10 gears and no od or lockup right now. t56 or tremec 500 would be the ideal thing to take a beating but it would cost about 3500 each by the time i got it in the car.

I would love to go some day myself. I liked the roadkill guys on my Facebook so I've been watching their progress across the country in the 55 chevy with a hemi they built.

Wish I could go on some road trip adventures like they get to.
