While I am not a fan of the court shows, I would have tuned in for this one. I was told that here I would have to notify my neighbours of a potential problem of a dead tree falling on my property before I would have a legal cause. However, I am not sure that is true as I never saw any statue saying so. I had a neighbour tree to fall on the corner of the shed and he refused to turn it in on his insurance. Luckily there was no read damage to the roof, just a few shingles. Since I had no money for an attorney I could not sue his sorry arse.
I wonder if I can find this episode on the net somewhere?
