Any opinions? New phone...
I've been drooling over the HP IPAQ 6315 for the past few days, so i figured i'd get an opinion from my good buddies. I'm sure you can all find specs on it, but here'* a few off the top of my head:
Built-in 802.11b wi-fi access
Bluetooth support
168mHz Texas Instruments Processor
75mb built in ram with SDcard slot
Pocket Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, windows media player, and internet explorer
3.5" 64k color screen
Maybe someone on here has used one and can give some feedback or something?

I have not used that exact model but have used similar ones. You have to carry a headset around and you cant hold it up to your ear to use. They do have speaker phone but its awkward when you are in a crowded room. it was a cool gadget for wow effect but all in all I ended up returning it for a more conventional model.
I guess its up ter your personal choice but the WOW effect will ware off within the first few days of having it.
Good luck either way

I have an iPaq PDA, but not a phone model. I love mine. And I don't believe you need a headset for that one. You can hold it up to your ear (you can see where the speaker is in that photo).

The one I had had an earpiece too. Its just not that clear or comfortable to hold and use like a conventional phone. You WILL need to use a plug in or bluetooth headset most of the time.
