So I'm crusin home from the office today, get down to Lakeshore, not far from home and I see siren lights up ahead on the other side of the road. As I approach I the traffic slows....

This little RICED out green Civic hatch is pulled over with two guys, "all thugged out" sitting in the car. Heres the kicker. The driver was slumped over his steering wheel with the officer in his cruiser had a grin from ear to ear while nodding his head. Apparently the young chap must of had some priors and the last thing he needed was another ticket.

I wonder if the officer was going to count the number of illegal LED'* he had on the thing.

Ricers are the only ppl I see pulled over here, on the weekends anyways. They drive like idiots! I saw a couple riced out cars (including a Mitsubishi 3000GT) totalled in front of a body shop yesterday. Probably saw 2 Fast 2 Furious and thought they would have some fun after the movie. Stupid rice
