Another Crusin CD
OK, i would like some suggestions on music for a CD but I am gonna be very picky (i can be cause we have over 1k members, plenty of diversity )
-I am not a headbanger or rap fan (i know eliminates a lot of bass music) .
-And I need someting not too depressive because the LAST thing i need is to become more depressed than I am at this point in my life :? (except of course when im cruisin ).
So anything other than rap or headbangers (alot of norm rock is OK) is fair game.
-Any and all suggestions appreciated!!

Are you partial to simply rock and alternative. Because I have a wide variety of downbeat jazz house stuff too. My recommendation as a kick *** cruising song is
Tosca: Chocolate Elvis, if any our you CDN'* read this, it'* the song they used for the Pontiac Vibe
Or My Friend: Groove Armada
Great stuff, I'm glad to see another member makin another driving CD

311, The Toadies, and Incubus are all great bands for that kinda music. Also check out weezer, etc. The BBking Riding with The king is pretty sweet, and for just plain kick-*** music get the new matrix reloaded soundtrack. Also if you wanna hear your oldies redone get Garage Inc by metallica. Great driving album! Things like "Turn the Page" (On the road again) just make you wanna push that right pedal down....
EDIT: Red Hot Chili Peppers!

You should (for kicks) put the song "Bonneville Bonnie" on it.
It'* an older song... I think the Brian Sezter Orch, does a modern version of it.
I'm not sure who did it org... but the Tomcats also do a version.
Sad thing is the ones you can download are normally poor quality... 92kpbs and less.
