Default Another busy day

Dropped off my son and went to pick up so parts.

First, a fuel pump relay for the truck, plugged it in and both tanks now work.

Then on to the distributer cap and rotor.

Now, to take care of the leaking fuel tank. Pulled the old one, found another hole. Good thing I removed it.
DSC02740.jpg

Moved over the fuel pump.
DSC02741.jpg

Then jacked it in to place.
DSC02742.jpg

There it is, all bolted in.

So at this point I figure I'm set for a bit to get some food. Nope, I hear a Dan from behind me. Can you take a look at my car, it'* leaking coolant.
DSC02744.jpg

I think I found it.
DSC02745.jpg

Nearly every bolt I could turn by hand.
DSC02746.jpg

Torqued them down, no more leaking.
DSC02747.jpg

Now on to Black pearls supercharger.

All this before 1:00

Oh ya, I love the sound of that Vette.

Was just sitting here, minding my own business when my phone buzzes, I look, got a text message. A local wants a ported supercharger and LIM by Saturday. When it rains it pours. Supercharger is done, working on the LIM now.

Mind taking pictures of that? I'm looking to port my SC and LIM soon and I'm not exactly sure where to start and what to do. Do you need to port the LIM in order to port the SC, or can you just get the SC done first? Is it something that you have to match up?

You don't need to port the LIM, the one I'm doing is for a intercooler. As for the outlets of the LIM, the target is .9" by 1.9" And nearly every LIM I've worked on has that size already. As for the supercharger, there should be more then one thread by me on that topic. I'm sure a search for ported supercharger should find a few.

Nice vette! My girlfriends dad (MGBONNIE92) has a 1969 Vette with a 427bb! He actually helped put that car together while he worked at GM.
