Reverse look up the number. Report it to the police for harassment.

Google it. You can narrow a cell phone down to company and city (Houston, TX, in this case, with Nextel). Dig around long enough for a completely free reverse phone lookup to get a name, or pay several bucks.

I think you can call your provider and ask to have the number blocked.

Yes, quickest and easiest answer. Tell them why you want the number blocked; they may be able to help/advise on other actions.

Post them ALL over the internet and tell people what is going on. He will get BOMBARDED with phone calls.
