Was it the same test? Was it the test for each individual state?
If the test is not standardized the study means nothing.

Being ex-military and having taken the test in Va, Fl, Wa, and Or; I have found them to be a joke.

It was a standardized test, but the statistically valid number of testers from each state might be suspect.

You should have seen the driving test in Colorado...

Good thing Dad was a long time Military Cop and taught me to drive...lol
