I think Bush'* head must cost more. Or perhaps Louinsky [sp?] gave Clinton a discount. Obviously there is something wrong, because didn't we have $ 8,000,000,000 in extra money? Com'on, and Clinton was a kickass president. He was just like any other guy in this world.
