We get Bob and Tom here in the mornings. I've heard several of those. My favorite is pretending I'm very interested, then bang on the wall and say, someone is at the door, can you hang on a second. Then set the phone down. They will hang on the phone for ever.

I forget where I heard but I like the counter marketing twist one too. Especially when it'* for Donations and you act interested and counter with a "Fund" you are collecting for.

I listen to Bob and Tom almost every morning. Its a good way to start the day
