what year of Aurora were you thinking of Hoov? becaue the V6 Aurora is nearly as fast as the Classic (95-99) non-autobahn Aurora plus it gets much better gas mileage. The V8 Aurora is no where near the 3800 gas mileage wise.

i also forgot to mention that the Aurora has 70,000 miles and the Intrigue has 105,000....so that influences me more towards the Aurora as well...and theyre both the same price.

i just have to go to the bank, or should i say, i have to wait around till my parents go to the bank and see how much i/we can borrow and hopefully the car will fall into this price range...but ill keep looking as wel.

Hoov, hook it up over IM'* if you want to talk Auroras.

The Intrigue is a good car as well, you are familiar with the 3800, the earlier Intrigue is a good buy.

Don't expect the low end power out of the 3.5 or even the 4.0, however top end, its hangs up there good and proper. And if you are considering Aurora, make sure it has the Autobahn kit, otherwise all that top end power is wasted, non Autobahn Auroras are governed at 108, the Autobahn version is 140 mph. You also get better tires and 3.71:1 gearing.

I would take it to 140mph if i had the autobahn. There were times when i was, well. Forget it.

I've done it twice, don't recommend it, but anyway, its nice to boast that you have the capability.

Good luck with the purchase Hoov, you know where to find me.
