Of all the fantasies a man can have...I had this one
a grilling fantasy...yes thats right, while driving down the road, I actually could smell the hickory, hear the sizzle, feel the heat on my face and taste the cold beer. mmmmmmm.
It was Ribeye that had been soaking in Worstishire, just a SPRINKLE of Mrs Dash after mild searing.
I need spring in the worst way, Thanks Scott for getting all this started.

I didn't get a chance to get any pics but.....
2 - 1" thick boneless sirloins were the victims of the mad griller this evening along with a couple o' cold beers and some garlic sauteed mushrooms
