Ahh, I love evaluation time at work :)
We had our bi-yearly evaluations last week at work, and last year they started a "pay for performance" program. Well needless to say, I did good..... VERY good....
I recieved a $0.56 raise, AND..... a $400 bonus check for having the best eval on my shift
all that on top of over $11 in raises in the last four years

I always feel awkward talking about me and getting compliments or feedback 
But I like giving evaluations to my guys, its just alot of work to do it right, I try for twice a year so it takes less time.

Congrats on your pay increase. 
Where I work upper management doesn't want to spend any more $$ on labor, so we haven't had evaluations in three years. Needless to say my last raise of $2/hour, was three years ago.
