Default 97 LSS L36. What'* it worth?

So, I have a chance to get a 97 LSS with the L36 in it. Black, tan leather, 67K, CD moonroof, Loaded. One owner. Not sure the price, but what would be a decent price to pick it up for?

My father or myself are considering picking the car up and either keeping it to drive, or to turn around and sell again, depending on the price.

No pictures though.

It would go between 6-7k around here, and would be a fair deal IMO...
