My tranny was acting up before the motor blew, too.
Too small a sample to say I see a pattern, but creepy nonetheless...
Of course, it could just be that you, me, and Nytro all drive like cheetahs on PCP, but...

I made it to Kato and Aa photo shoot with Smelly and back. My car just isn't fully put to gether since I've had it, kinda just been half-assing stuff to get it out of the shop....Like my exhaust......One broken mid car hanger and the the rest of it'* held up by coat hangers but I can't get themn to go tight enought to keep the down pipe from tappin' around on the front sway bar.....And I have an IAC problem that causes the PCM to shut down my O2 sensor and start idling like it'* got one radical grind cam in it. Alignments f'd, ball joint'* are probably tooth picks......Brakes are toast....LF CV Shaft is more of a joke than a shaft anymore lol.
But my 95'* been on the demise since I got it in June....But hey, I hit 201K miles yesterday on my ways back to the cities from Kato!

Mine is definantly taking repeated blows to the onions evertyime it goes out....Needs more work than I can do at once.
