STILL NOTHING. I am really getting pissed now. I have tried to solve this in PM'* but it is getting nowhere. I paid Mortehl for gauges and nothing, just a couple of empty promises that they are being shipped.

6 damn months. Time to get any authority involved I can and get charges put against him. To me fraud is fraud. I have been patient, but I am at my end now. It may not be a huge amount of $$$ involved, but it is still MY MONEY that I worked for.

It was paid for using paypal. I am just starting a complaint with them as I write this.

its also hard to take any legal action over the internet since there isnt hard paper evidence, but if you have all the messages regarding the transaction that helps. i think it will also help that you used paypal since they have a better system

I now have a case started with paypal. The last PM I sent him he did NOT respond to it. I should have paid COD but figured that he was a good member on BC, I guess I was wrong. Too much trust in too many people on here. It only takes one person to screw it up for many.

If he lived any closer I would be paying him a personal visit.

yup, i know your pain, im going threw the same thing with another member, But i know willwren cant do much so im not going to Post anything on here or PM Willwren.

But if that member trys to sell anything else to anyone on this forum, you guys will know about it and not to buy from that member.

I seem to recall quite a few post regarding Mortehl and his waylaid shipments, though I don't recall he ever actually screwed anyone over and made good with the people when he finally did get around to shipping. Not a person I would be buying from just from those old post...
