Lol, That shop is 10 minutes from my house.

See if you can find that Cadillac there. Then ask the owner to stop destroying his(/her) tires and use that engine properly. It needs to be taken to drag strips, car shows, etc. If it at those as well rips apart tires, I can't suppose at all that the engine would last a long time.
