I had fun tonight.....I have a porch that wraps around two sides of my house. I put the table and chairs on the side that is by the door. Then I sat on the other side - the dark side of the porch. The kids would come up on the porch, focusing in on the candy bowl....I'd jump out behind them saying, "AAArggghhh There Matey!" (I was a pirate). Scared the crap right out of some of them. I figured that someone would get mad at me - after all, it'* probably not politically correct to actually scare someone on halloween now, but it was a lot of fun.
When I was telling my folks about it tonight...my nine year old shook his head and said, "...I never knew I had such a mean mother." LOL!!

...@Nerv: doesn´t matter - u´re right it´* 31st and not 31th.
Actually i´m learning english at the moment - and so i like it if if you show
me the mistakes.
Anyway - we´re celebrating Halloween since a few years here in Europe.
The kids are runing through the streets to ring the doorbells for "trick or treat"
to get their sweets and at the bars, the discos,... are Halloween partys
as well.
greets,
Nobsi
