Default 2 cases.

Bottled. First two of the year.

Weizen (wheat) beer, full malt with liquid yeast. Brewed on 2/26. Bottled today in 24 twelve ouncers.

Nut Brown Ale, full malt, liquid yeast. Also brewed 2/26. Bottled in 12 twentyfour ouncers.

4-6 weeks to go for these. Time to brew more. I can do 3 cases at a time, bottling about every week or week and a half, but it'* a PITA to bottle and cap more than 1 or 2 cases at a time. I'll probably do one case a week for awhile until I run out of empties. Takes about an hour to brew and an hour to fill/bottle clean up.

And I'm brewing each case for about 10-12 bucks each.

I deliver from my reefer to my hand, and from their to my mouth.

I'll have a few (hopefully) for people to try/sample at WCBF. At least a couple from each batch to pass around.

You know what you need....is to bottle some 40oz'rs.

You could call it "Wren .45" or "Big Bill" (Big Bear, not sure if you guys have it.)

He could toss some green dye in there and call it "Zilla Malt".

I have some big jugs too.

Geez. I'll get some pics up soon with my setup. I know some of you have asked how before, but not until later. Kitchen is still a mess from bottling last night.
