I called several times to check on it. The only excuse they had for me was that they were behind.

Paid for...hell no. Ask me in 5 years.

Wait a minute....I wonder if CT gives the title to you if there'* a lein. My 94 didn't have one and I got the title.

NY gives you the title no matter what so I'm used to getting it, I don't know about CT. :? I'm pretty sure they give it to you also. And it'* been 2 1/2 months.....

Here they print that out for you when you pay the tax and get the plates.

That'* why you have to convince the person selling to you not to put your name on the title! Then, no tax, no title, no worries (except a failure to register a vehicle ticket :?)
